The carrier is from Abacus, Carrier Strike Force.
I found it in the trash. Someone got frustrated with it and threw it away. I can see why, it doesn't work very well. At least it has some cool panels and ships to recycle into something useful.
The package comes with a Rafale, F35 and a Harrier.
All aircraft including the AI models are obscene on the polys and single LOD. They Look good though.
The Rafale is super springy in the nose and noses into the ground when you put the brakes on.
The F35 is the usual trench digger. the VTOL doen't work right.
The Harrier I'm pleased to say is the first Harrier that you can actually land. The VTOL works!
The aircraft in the image are fully AI operational.
The Helos are high on the polys and single LOD but thats all there is for now for those models.
I'm using:
Nick Black's Harrier
Rory Kelly's Ch-46
Rory Kelly's CH-53. I think he pasted away. He will be missed.

I've had nothing but problems with ABACUS software. I have Flight Deck 4 and 5 and neither works well. The "flyable" aircraft are horrendous, half the time the panels just quit and the screen goes black during a flight, and if you fly more than a few miles away from the carrier (in ANY aircraft might I add, not just theirs) FS as a whole crashes. It was annoying the heck outta me when I couldn't find out why flying out of KSAN I could only get so far before the sim crashing completely. Low and behold....

Jumpshot724, Hey you know what, you may have given me a clue to my latest crashing problem. I extracted that carrier from the BGL to move it to California. I was stoked that it worked. Maybe there is a ton of mistakes in thier code. I'm getting the AI_playr crash. Never happend before. I have been operating AI aircraft for 2 years of the Stennis with no problems but in the past 2 weeks, this problem has come up. And moving the Richard is the last exotic thing I did.

I have FD4 as well had nothing but issues and the non-AI models were a joke. For the Harrier's, I use the AP Design and the UKMil remade Alphasim GR7/9's, both work great with the RCBO VTOL gauge, small deck landings are a breeze once you burn off some fuel.N35W wrote: The Harrier I'm pleased to say is the first Harrier that you can actually land. Mr. Kelly's models are still great, and yes he has passed. Try the Abacus CH-46 someday, not good!
