editing flight plans?

editing flight plans?

hi there guys just woundering if any one could tell me how i could edit flight plans from ones that have already been made?

i am also new to doing it so is there any specific tools i should use?

its for none of your packages just for sum others that i have

I use AI Flightplanner it seems to work very well for me. It can help create flightplans from scratch or amend ones already installed in FS.

Added bonus is that it works both in FS9 & FSX, Also its FREE :)

so this will let me decompile files and then edit them then compile them back so i can use them?

Dale,

Why dont you just download TTools, you can find a link to it in all of our Package readme files. This will decompile the BGL onto 3 Text documents for you to edit and re compile.

You need both.
AI flightplanner and TTools.
I use AIFP also. Don't forget to download it's companion program AIUtilities. Made by the same guy.

I have used Thomas Molitor's AITM v2 to edit my flightplans in the past, and it has a useful inbuilt aircraft editor as well.

I recommend it. It has a few other useful ai-related features too.

I admit I use AITM most of the time, as the front end to TTools, as it exposes far more errors that TTools alone.
Its a shame he never updated it.
