Hardened Shelters

I am working on Kadena Airbase .. and using EZ scenery noticed that some objects are able to be used but for example I want to put some hardened shelters at Kadena.. some objects like the hangers and sun shades work but when I try and put in a hardened shelter..I get a warning that it only works in a certain city.. is there a way I can work around that or do I need to start building a new HAS?

One of the members actually created an addon that added some scenery http://militaryaiworks.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4864 would contacting him for it be any good for you, or is it that you wish to do your own?
