Brize Norton!?!?!
Brize Norton!?!?!
Are my eyes deceiving me or was that Brize in the Slideshow-I nearly fell off my seat!
Re: Brize Norton!?!?!
You know how things work around here. Those pics come from things that people might have plans for but not everything comes to pass, so enjoy but don't take anything as gospel.

Nick Black released an RAF Brize Norton (EGVN) back on 03-24-2006. You can get it at FlightSim.com (FileName: nbegvn06.zip)tango234 wrote:Are my eyes deceiving me or was that Brize in the Slideshow-I nearly fell off my seat!

I know, it's just one of my favourite bases! That said, I am well aware that it may or may not come. I just have my fingers crossed.Firebird wrote:You know how things work around here. I know, unfortunately the taxiways don't show up too well in FSX-you get tristars taking off on grass.

Well, you never mentioned your FS version. Even if MAIW is doing EGVN, it's still going to be FS9.tango234 wrote:I know, unfortunately the taxiways don't show up too well in FSX-you get tristars taking off on grass.
Re: Brize Norton!?!?!
I know, but as with all the MAIW scenery it should (fingers crossed of course) work without any hitches in FSX. I think Nick Black's scenery doesn't work too well because it is older. As an example, on my sim Nellis works as well as if it were designed for FSX-looks great. The other MAIW scenery is the same. So, like I say, with MAIW I am not worried about compatability issues.
PS Sorry if you couldn't follow that-I typed it quite fast.
