JASDF Bases
Re: JASDF Bases
Not a problem I will just put it in the MAIW Landclass folder.

Re: JASDF Bases
Gifu V2.
Just copy the three contained files over the previous release. (previous version necessary for the rest of the files). Now features new hangars, expanded ramp areas, Patriot batteries and some of the far side of the base.
New libraries needed in addition to the old:
Beaufort
GJSE
Saint Dizier Burms
Juniboys Patriot Library
Polish Objects Library

I am not poking anybody here, just purely asking, but did anybody do any plans for these two machines?

Re: JASDF Bases
In a big hanger. From what I am told the Japanese are not real fans of the U-2, so they would try to keep it out of site and much as possible. When I was in Korea we almost had one diver to Japan because of bad weather and they made it sound like it was a very big deal if it had to go to Japan. Of course this was 14+ years ago, so things might have changed.

Thank you for the great scenery? Where would I get the Juniboys Patriot Library?

A user name Juniboy made them upthread. It looks like the download link may be dead though. I will send him a PM to see if he can make them available again.hawaiidick wrote: Thank you for the great scenery? Where would I get the Juniboys Patriot Library?

Re: JASDF Bases
Things left to do:
Finish place taxi/runway signs
Complete redo of airport polygon
place access roads and parking lots.
Then this one should be out the door. So, let's not call it short final yet. Let's say it just checked in with approach control.

Kadena (RODN)
To bring this one to life you will need the following libraries installed:
Atsugi
Beaufort Object library
GGSE
JGSE
MAIW ABO
MAIW Aircraft shelter
MAIW Cargo
MAIW Polish objects
MCD Mil
Osan Lib
AI traffic & Parking Codes
44th FS
Parking Code: 44F
Paint & FPs - Mark http://marksfsrepaints.jimdo.com/ai-paints-usaf/
67th FS
Parking Code: 67F
Paint & FPs - http://marksfsrepaints.jimdo.com/ai-paints-usaf/

33rd RQS
Parking Code: 33R
Paint - Graham King (available through this forum)
FPs -

909th ARS
Parking Code: 909
Paint - Mark http://marksfsrepaints.jimdo.com/ai-paints-usaf/
FPs - james84 - In the military flightplans thread
961st AACS (Visiting 55th Wing shares parking using default MAIW Offutt parking codes)
Parking Code: 961
Paint & FPs - MAIW Boeing E-3 (I think this is where they came from...)
353rd SOG
Parking Code: 353
Paint - Graham King 2 files on avsim 1st & 17th SOS
FPs - Menno van den Boogaard - Avsim

There is designated parking for almost every MAIW movement through Kadena. Visiting C-5s should be on the SA-1 ramp. Visting basse flights and VIP should be on OPs Row. Visiting C-17s and C-130s should go to SA-2. Visiting KC-135s should go to the TA Ramp. Visiting F-22s should end up with the HASs off of G and H. If you haven't transitioned the 199th to F-22s, you will need to adjust or F-15s will park here.. if it matters. U-2s should all end up in hangars.

Re: JASDF Bases
Very nice scenery.
I didn't realise until just now that no complete set of Kadena C-130s had ever been released.

I am trying to keep up with these JASDF bases, but I can't find the F-2's. Can someone link me. Thanks!

Re: JASDF Bases
The repaints are by Graham King. The link to them from the forum appears dead, so perhaps a PM to him can get you them. The flight plans are from James84 and are on page 10 of the My Flightplans thread (along with lots of other JASDF flightplans).dk1213 wrote:I am trying to keep up with these JASDF bases, but I can't find the F-2's.
