Apparently, I did not configure the flight plans like I thought I was doing in the first place.

This is getting a bit tortuous. So having configured the flight plans like you did in the first place, does the AI show? If it doesn't what's your next diagnostic step?

All AI Aircraft are visible.

So that's all done and dusted then - all your intended AI is visible at all bases - correct?

Quick question. Where can I find flight plans for the 909th Air Refueling Squadron on Okinawa?

Search for "Kadena" in the downloads. The package includes FPs and paints for the MGAI KC-135s.

If I use the folder MAIW Scenery Library Objects FSX, do I still need to add the MAIW Scenery Library Objects folder?

MAIW Scenery Library Objects folder is for FS9, MAIW Scenery Library Objects FSX is for FSX.

So, I don't need to install the FS9 library objects folder then.

The FS9 folder contains libs for FS9 and the FSX folder contains libs for FSX.
It is that simple. If you are using the wrong lib then objects will either not show or will have no textures.

If you are in any doubt compare the two folders. You should have the same number of comparable libs in each.
