Mike and any other interested parties
You'll have to take the intercept model out for the CF-104's .There is no such animal.

Thank you for sharing the Thud screenshots. I suddenly had "Thunderstruck" by AC/DC running through my head.

Don't forget that the 4 exhaust petals were also airbrakes and when at rest the lower one always dropped down .
Just saying

In order, the D, F and G models, the basic models I wanted to get done for flight test. The D model will also serve for the early B model; these are the four definitive production models of this airframe.

Don't take these too seriously yet, lots of antenna and paint work to be done here, and some advanced animations beyond gear/flaps/canopies.

Haven't forgotten the faithful, took a break from BUFFs and just finished and uploaded the F-104 paint kits to AVSIM.

Ha Ha..... Now that's a true story !!
Been away from FS a couple of years and can't believe just how much retro is available right now........ Although enjoying playing catch up, going back in time, if that makes sense.
Cheers to all at MAIW,
Paul

Just a note on progress this week:
F-100, I have Jake's source, just need to sort out my standard JMAI re-build, hopefully by November.
F-101, alpha model with MM for FDE
F-102, finalizing paint and FDE, should release by end-of-month or sooner.
F-105, alpha models with MM for FDE
F-106, alpha models nearly done and ready for FDE
Mike Mac wants to do all of the FDE work for these, I want to get them all done and published by end-of-year; I hope I don't run him into the ground, lol.
That's five models just from this thread, Christmas is coming like a freight train.....

I took this colour slide during the winter of 1963 at Soesterberg AFB in the Netherlands.
Are the F-102s and TF-102s of the 32nd FIS also part of the collection?
Grtz,
Dick

Absolutely fabulous!
A few small remarks you've already possibly noticed: the tail should be red, white and blue whithout a second white part above the fuselage, while the airbrakes had no colours in the early sixties. The TF-102A TC-363 showed the name "Bubbles" above a pair of wooden shoes.
Keep up the good work, it's appreciated very much!
Grtz,
Dick
