For the JASDF birds, 36 of them are in the blue, 3 are in the yellow/white. I could not find blue pictures of 2 of them in blue so they stayed yellow and 1 is confirmed still yellow (probably retro)

The 18 JMSDF birds are in in the red/white

I'm doing the FPs on the JASDF ones now. Still painting the JMSDF ones.

Ooops, down to 2 in the yellow paint. On the bright side though, it's wearing an anniversary paint in the blue scheme.

Hopefully this one makes up for the loss of another the Yellow:

Could somebody please send me a copy of Akeno (RJOE). For some unknown reason I am getting blocked by some Microsoft filter. Thanks in advance.

Here come the JASDF Koku Kyunandan UH-60Js. 39 of them in all. 2 in the old yellow, the rest in blue with three in Anniversary markings. Includes paints and flightplans to get them in the sim.

I've included the three that were stationed at Matsushima when the tsunami hit. Purists may want to remove them.

Can't leave the JASDF holding the bag for all the SAR duties. Let's help them out with the JMSDF birds:

http://www.mediafire.com/download/6n11e ... DF_SAR.zip

Includes the paints and flightplans for 19 aircraft from 72 Kokutai and 73 Kokutai dispersed to six locations around Japan. Also includes scenery for Tateyama (RJTE)

Requires the usual suspects for libraries:

Atusgi
Beaufort Object Library
JGSE
MAIW ABO
MAIW Cargo
Marks Anim Escatator Lib
MG Man Trucks
Parking lots large SS

Both the JASDF and JMSDF SAR aircraft frequent coastal airports and smaller islands. If you are having trouble finding them, start looking on the smaller islands.

I wondered if these birds were coming. Very nicely done.

Any ideas on callsigns? I might just use some generic ones. RJOE worked pretty good straight into FSX, need a exclude for a few trees. Flew some formation with 2x AH-64DJP's, nicely done on some of the special tails.

Scramble is showing 184 H-60's, that should cover the SH-60's as well, sadly JFAI didn't make that one.

Like Paul I am getting the Mediafire download blocked on this thread and another. I have been downloading this threads downloads since it started with no problems. In the last few days the downloads are being blocked. What's happened?
(I can't seem to turn off the Windows Firewall off either, despite having Norton override it)

Honestly, not a clue. Part of the reason why this one came out several days after the JASDF ones is because I was madly hunting, to not much sucess, for the proper callsigns. Global security has a list of JMSDF callsigns, but not the SAR ones.

The early releases are all coming from the forum as I made them attachments. Itty bitty files. The newest downloads all had to go to an external site because they have grown in size quite a bit. If you can't bypass your blocker to allow Mediafire, PM me a valid email address and I'll email the files to you.

So far we got 75 UH-60Js for the JASDF, JGSDF and JMSDF. There are 14 more JGSDF ones still in the pipeline somewhere... And who knows, maybe if we don't mind some wheels and windows being in the right spot, maybe something that looks like some SH-60s.

So, I said there might be some UH-60s masquerading as SH-60s...

Here's a look at imposters for a SH-60J (old paint), SH-60J (new paint) and SH-60K.

Any interest for anyone to fill in the JMSDF with these, or should I move on to other projects?

Interested for sure, if you can keep the paint shop open for more USN/USA versions and other countries that have them (that means almost all). Went to the JF site to see about getting this model, comes in Mil Pack 1 for Traffic and is only $12 USD. I would hate to get the whole Traffic 360 for a few AI helos and E-2C. Sad, looking at the pics and as already mentioned, the quality of the models= yuck!

FYI: Just a recommendation: The TK2004PG scenery available on this website is a very worthwhile download.

Some curious individuals noted that there are some airports in the flightplans that don't exist in FS9. Some of the missing airports are military airbases that Microsoft left out and some of them are... well...

Image

Tokyo Heliport (RJTI)

Built to fit on the above mentioned Tokyo freeware. I take no responsibility for anyone that doesn't use the combination and puts this in the middle of the bay.

Required Libraries:

Atsugi object library
Beaufort
Fence JS
GA Hangars SS Vol 2
JGSE
MAIW ABO
MAIW Cargo
Marks Anim Escatator
MG Man trucks
Parking lots large SS

I hid a grass runway in the landscaping for AI to use.

I'm going to try to do a few more heliports to keep the growing helicopter traffic from clogging up runways at the bigger airbases with their slow approaches.

Repaints, custom scenery and flightplans...who is this guy??? Nice job, I need to see how bad the heliport does in FSX.
