Have not had time to test the new package yet - I only saw the screenshot threads.
Do the Hornets taxi with open canopies now?

Only due to having to manually install this package, I noticed a few new effects. When the first NBAI Hornets came out, I asked about the speedbrake, looks like it works now.

- Animated exhaust nozzles
- jets are unarmed when parked, weapons appear when preparing for departure (same effect as the new F-15J models)

That's 3, 4 and 5 done.

One left guys and it's very neat, but not perfect all the time so don't shout.

Finally a chance to sit an watch. One small issue with the AFD, both GND and TWR are same freq? Slight runway signage issue, no factor for me (12/30 runway hold position signs at app/dep ends)

I had the opposite effect on the armed versions, armed during taxi, then unarmed at line up.

"A" model speedbrake deploys after start of t/o roll, flaps are full.
"B" model no speedbrake issues, flaps half (standard t/o setting). Watched TNG's with "B", lands fine, speedbrake out, rudders toed in, full aft stick. On the go flaps up to half, rudders/speedbrake to normal, nozzles open....perfect.

Are the pilot animations changed?

Hey Dustoff,

Well I cannot replicate the problems your having with the A model...you are using FSx right, but not sure why that would make the A work different to the B. My armed aircraft take off armed and there is no speed brake deployed on T/O roll.

I'm going to sit tight for now see if this happens on other peoples set ups also. Thanks for the heads up.

Oh not sure about the pilots.

I've just notice a model (the one with 4 AMRAAM under internal wing pylon) that immediately after the landing gear are extracted, the missiles desappear and come back during taxi to parking.
Is it normal?

Well done Giorgio that's the last one. What we are doing here is trying to simulate an aircraft returning from a training mission. You will find all armed aircraft land with less weapons than they departed with. We have to use the full flap extension as the trigger for the animation....the downside is it has a working time limit, if the aircraft does not get parked within that time period the weapons will re appear. Hope you can live with that and it does not spoil you fun to much. It's a very neat trick were still playing with.

Attached is an updated AFD for YWLM, correcting hold short sign placements and comm frequency.

Thanks for pointing them out Dustoff.

Sorry Mark I should have better expressed myself . A/C taxiing out occasionally kick up dust .It seems to be an added animation to the F-18s (?)
