Great - thanks for the confirmation. Did you had a nice holiday break, Giorgio?

Here is a preview of the soon coming replacement of the world map. No aircraft yet, but still very educational...

I like it much more than the old one. I hope you do as well.

Nice map :).

Just one thing. It should be capital city not capitol city.

Indeed... Thanks for the warning, Tango!
Misspelled once in the page generating code sums up to many errors (looks like I have Rom multiplied all over the world :smt003 ).

Can you please tell me if the new World Map has an acceptable performance --> click to open.... Right now all MAIW packages and everything that I list as the individual AI reference is in. There are still some issues like the aircraft symbols are reloaded when you click on one or on a country.

And and equally important question - is this useful? Are there people around who prefer such an graphical approach over an textual approach?

Martin,
I would double check all our packages as the South African Gripen package is not included, at least not under South Africa.

Why don't you look for it in South Korea, Steve?

I am pretty sure the Koreans would love to have some Gripens :smt003

Thanks for telling, I will upload a fixed export in the evening.

Is it just me having a "senior moment" or are there no packages available for Norway?

What a lovely phrase, Jim... :D

No, Norway is definitely underrepresented. Now if my whole setup works somebody thinks "wait, I know about this and that Norway package", provides this feedback to me and before you can count to three (or the next day) Norway has a little aircraft symbol.

I guess I have make that feedback Excel sheet available on this page as well, right?

We are looking forward to the release, Ray! :D

Some feedback via PM and a search in AVSim has made Norway now a full member of the AI country club

Hi all, during holiday I worked on my Excel file. It is now completed with all AI/multi-LOD aircraft I have in my FS9.
I think there are some interesting stuff, especially for Warbirds lovers. 8)
The aircraft listed are not part of any MAIW package (with some exceptions) and most of them are already present on the "Other AI Aircraft" page on gsnde site.
I've sent Martin the sheet to update his page, in the mean time, you can find some link in my file.

Some explanations about the file.
It's sorted per column "Aircraft". If you want to sort it differently, be sure to select all column (untill "S")
Green backgruond : there is a link for the aircraft on "Other AI Aircraft" page or in my file, under Column A "Link"
White background : I have the files listed under Column B, but I can't find it around the net. Most of these files were downloaded long time ago from sites no more available. If you are interested in those files, I can send them via mail or Rapidshare.
LODs column : those values are collected using ACM 2.5. Some models (SBAI or MPAI) have a strange count of polygons. Don't ask me why... :smt017

Enjoy, Giorgio

Giorgio,
You may not be aware of this but the file you attached there is actually a text file of post.

As already said in another post, I'm becoming older...  Here the right file, and thanks Steve to have noticed the error.

Since I will relieve Giorgio at making a holiday break it will be two weeks until I will process Giorgio's input. Thanks a lot, Giorgio!!

If there will be any MAIW packages meanwhile.... the same applies :smt001

I have added the ISO country code as a filter criteria to the list, which now contains 778 entries.
