Yes it is installed below Program Files.

I have an installer version that John B. gave me, it's supposed to be for Win7 installs so it automatically selects the location which is always the Program File (x86) folder which I'm assuming is because it's a 32 bit program??

I'll try to load it off my hard drive backups and see if it works above that file level.

Well I got it to work. There were some files that the installer was putting into the System 32 folder. I just copied them to the System folder instead and it's working now.
