To expand on what Nick was saying, a scheme like this one could be made to work on the model but it takes going back to the source files and changing the texture mapping which can be quite an involved process, hardly worth the time and effort for one of kind paint schemes.

I'd show them where the door is! Obviousy if they don't have pride in there work then there hurting productivity and potentially damaging your business.

That's a fab paint job on that the chopper, you did a great job working the colours on a model that was certainly not mapped for something so fancy. Very well done!
