Got your Tiffy's in and ran Martin's program, got the following:

Textures unused in folder: ..\texture.rfr_1_fgr4_zk316

Am I missing ZK316?

It could be because of a renumbering tool (other than Martins) that i use for very quick renumbering......if there are any excluded lines (backslashes) at the start of the cfg file, this tool often puts the first [fltsim.xx] entry before those excluded lines, then carries on with the rest of the entries. That shouldn't affect the entries though. Just check it though.....this is what I mean:

[fltsim.0]
//NBAI Typhoon F2 Flight Model Version 2.6 by Michael MacIntyre - 3/19/2007
//Requires fx_typhoon effect texture along with fx_nbai_typhoon_ab and fx_ai_fighter_contrail effects by Michael MacIntyre

title=MAIW_NBAI_Typhoon_FGR4_RFR_1_ZK316
sim=NBAI_Typhoon_FGR4_AI_ONLY
model=QFIT
texture=RFR_1_FGR4_ZK316
atc_airline=TYPHOON
atc_parking_types=MIL_COMBAT
atc_parking_codes=01SQ
atc_airline=JEDI
ui_manufacturer=MAIW Nick Black AI
ui_type=BAE Systems Typhoon FGR4
ui_variation=Royal Air Force - 1 Squadron ZK316
description=Repaint by Daryl Payne on the Graham King Base

Like I said, that doesn't affect the texture showing up, and all ten are shown correct when I use AIAE, so not sure where that particular problem is coming from.

AIAE does not give me an error either, Daryl.

Hi, please advise as to where the flightplan should be installed, as per the Leuchars scenery or in the normal place (Scenery/World).
I have put them in both but seem to have a lot of a/c?

Hi Brian, remove the one from the Leuchars scenery and install in the usual Scenery/World/Scenery folder.

Brian, you can have the traffic bgl in any of the folders that are in the fltsim scenery config file - that is active.

So if you have it more than one you will duplicate traffic. The best place to have the traffic files is all in one place, easier for maintenance.

Hi, Re the Call signs, I have installed them using "Edit Voice Pack" but the a/c are still using No's, do I have to add anything to the actual A/C?

By the way I have put 1 Sqdn in 111 Sqdns old HAS area, only problem being that they have to cross the runway at the sea end to taxi down to take off.

The scenery plus the a/c update are first class, I can even get into the Hanger where I worked on 29 Sqdn Javs in the 50/60's, are that's when we had an airforce.

Hi Brian,

Open up your Aircraft.cfg file - that's the text one (use wordpad or notepad)

You'll see the entry for each aircraft - looks like this;

[fltsim.1]
title=MAIW_NBAI_Typhoon_FGR4_RFR_3_ZJ319
sim=NBAI_Typhoon_FGR4_AI_ONLY
model=QFIT
texture=RFR_3_FGR4_ZJ319 QO-D
atc_airline=TYPHOON
atc_parking_types=MIL_COMBAT
atc_parking_codes=03SQ
ui_manufacturer=MAIW Nick Black AI
ui_type=BAE Systems Typhoon FGR4
ui_variation=Royal Air Force - 3 Squadron ZJ319
description=Repaint by Ray Parker on the Graham King Base

The highlighted line is the one you're looking for. Enter the callsign you want to use after the = sign. Save the file and your ready to go.

Stew, have completed that, be advised that the No 1 SQDN a/c have "atc_airline" twice, the first being "Typhoon", I have deleted these.

Thanks for the heads up Brian - obviously that's an error. Haven't got round to installing them yet, so I'll watch for that one when the time comes.
