It's early in the Morning Sept 1964 and our lonely air traffic controller has climbed the stairs up to the tower cab .First things first he's made a gallon of coffee and turned on the tape machine , turned off the rny. lights and is admiring the view waiting for USAF Capt. Lipschitz to do his daily runway/ taxi /FOD checks , looks to the northwest at the North American Aviation ramp and sees this !! He mutters one word and one word only, "WTF"

He picks up his binoculars to take a closer view !
