There is indeed. I think that it may have actually got lost because MAIW have never released any package with it in.
It was actually released under the original UKMILAi banner, although it was also included in JY's Waddington package.

Now I think for completeness sake it maybe that somebody will now seek to rectify this, but please what for confirmation from the organisers of the conversion process.

That is the reason I asked. I have the UK E3D's at Waddington with my own cack-handed attempt at a conversion. Would much prefer to see them properly converted by someone who knows what he/she's doing.
