On thr CF-18 at first I thought it was photoshop but did some research and it does exist.

Looks like a graphics company that has multiple "what if" paint schemes, but sadly it's a nice high end photoshop.

It currently resides an a HD that crashed. But I think I can set it up as slave to recover the textures. When I do..I'll send it to you.

This scheme on the F-16 is FAKE...it's from a aircraft model magazine; if you notice the tail emblem is that of an Air National Guard Unit, if I remember Alabama ANG. The MC tailcode is reserved for MacDill AFB the last I recalled. At the current moment no such variation of the F-16 is in service by the USAF.
