This scheme on the F-16 is FAKE...it's from a aircraft model magazine; if you notice the tail emblem is that of an Air National Guard Unit, if I remember Alabama ANG. The MC tailcode is reserved for MacDill AFB the last I recalled. At the current moment no such variation of the F-16 is in service by the USAF.
