Try this list. It is in english and lists the regiments of the Russian Air Force and their bases.
I'm not sure how old the list is but it looks like 2007.

As I said in my earlier post the Russian Air Force is in the process of consolidating it's self so
a lot of these bases are in the process of closing or becoming civil air fields. They are also cutting back
on personel with hopes that this will save money so they can spend it on pilot training and more time in the air.

I am not sure if this list includes the Naval Aviation bases or not.

Ok here we go, Lake Baikal, Chebarkul are training areas for bombers. Anadyr, Mys-Schmidla, Olenegorsk, Tiksi, Vorkula, are forward deployment bases for bombers. On August 8-9, the Russian Air Force conducted a large-scale exercise; approximately 30 bombers (four Tu-95, 12 Tu-160, 14 Tu-22M3, and four refueling Il-78) flew toward the North Pole, the Atlantic, and the Pacific Oceans, including toward Guam. List of bases to follow.

Could you tell me which one of the files include the hangars in this picture? I would like to use them in a project of mine that has hangars like these. Thank you.

Real life has interceded in working on the Russian Heavy Bombers. I hope to start it in the next week or so. Apologies for the delay.

I've just downloaded it from here and get the full file. You might need to clear your browser cache and try again.
