I normally disregard the comments, but I do have to agree with the music change every 10 seconds, and using the Top Gun anthem, sorry that is reserved for one fighter, the F-14 Tomcat!

C-17 Tactical Low Approach into San Clemente NALF
Note the instruments and HUD readings. Also listen to the callouts!
From what I could see they started at 16K and were descending about 7000 fpm.

I noticed as he chucked it into reverse the ride got really bumpy! That was cool.

I knew the C-17 can activate the reverse when still in the air, but the pilot acted on all the four levers!
