Re: JASDF Bases
Unfortunately there is no true AI version available right now. There is a download on Avsim that adopts flyable models to fill the roll: jasdf_transports.zip
Re: JASDF Bases
Just an update on the F-15 model update......
Will be a delay due to another commitment. It will be worth it, thats all I can say!

Re: JASDF Bases
Probably not. The UTT model is no doubt better, but it's also payware. I did the UH-60s originally on a payware model because there wasn't a freeware one available. I prefer to stick to the freeware models when available. Also, model accuracy is going to be a bit of a miss on this package anyways because neither the Elvis AI or UTT model have the right window configuration, FLIR or spotlight that the JCG S-76s have.
Oh, and because I don't own the UTT model and am too cheap to buy it. So, there's that.
Heck, all the models involved are going to be missing a lot of bits and bumps... and there aren't even any King Air 350 models so we will have to make do with Super 200s.

Re: JASDF Bases
I made one (RAF livery) for FSX some time ago. I'll convert it to FS9 code if you like. Just let me finish what I'm doing with the T-4 formation and I'll do that next.

You really are too kind. I'll put the King Airs on the shelf for a bit then and work on the Dash 8s and Saabs.

Re: JASDF Bases
Have the KA's, just need some winglets and bumps/bits to make them mission versions (MC-12, RAF Shadow R1). Sorry, back to Japan.

Chris, when you say you have the KAs, does that mean you are going to do the bumpy/sticky out bit FS9 models needed? I'll gladly do them, but I don't want to cut across what you might already be doing.

Re: JASDF Bases
JY, if I knew what I was doing they would be done, sadly no I was only referring to having the FSX versions in the sim.

Re: JASDF Bases
No problem Chris. That clears the decks for me then. It will be a month or so before I can start, but in the meantime, could I invite people who are interested in this aircraft to tell me exactly the variant they want please? If they could quote a sample serial number that would help me to find some reference pictures.

Thanks for those - downloaded and stored. It's the "Over 40 Air Forces" bit that worries me. Tel me what you want, what you really really want.....
