I seem to recall that there was a B-52 in the works a few years ago. However the project had a few challenges, one being having it take off with the slightly nose down pitch.

In staying with the 'retro' theme, how about any of the USAF Century class, F100 especially.
They would fit in nicely with your RAF a/c.

Well hell, I just thought I'd throw in my 5 cents/pence worth. An AI Buccaneer really would be a welcome sight. We already have MAIW RAF Sea-Kings and I have a retro 226OCU Jaguar pack from one of the usual sites. That would almost complete RAF Lossiemouth around the 80's and early 90's when I was based there. I say almost, unless you fancy making a SHACKLETON too!!!!

We're gonna try to get the B-52 made this year if we can find the time.

I was tempted by the B-52 Mike, because it was top of the Owl's Nest wish list. I thought MAIW would want to make it eventually as it's still a current aircraft and I put the idea aside. The F-100 might have been interesting too as I live half an hour away from where they were once based here in the UK and remember them well, particularly over my roof top! It would be good to see that model appear, if it's being made by someone else. Lot of work in the Shackleton, particularly the FSX version, as I found from making a Lancaster, but the Bucanneer is on my to do list.
Probably time to end this thread. I'll be starting on the Victor K2 in a few days time.

Excellent Ray. Does your hangar also include a paint for the 20TFW RAF Weathersfield by chance? That's the natural metal finish with lightning flash on the tail - about the mid 60s I think.

Ray, many thanks, but no need to go to any trouble right now. I have always had it in the back of my mind to make some scenery of RAF Wethersfield if I can find enough reference material. Not top of the agenda at the moment though, but the availability of some AI F-100s will be an added incentive.

Guys,
We have all had our fun here and John has got the data he needs.
I fell that what we need to do is let this thread now die a natural death. There is no point in now adding to the thread as all that will happen is that pressure will be put on John. This never results in models sooner. He should be allowed to model in peace.
I will not lock this thread, at the moment, as I am hoping that everybody can respect this. If it continues though then one of us will.
As John asked for info, I have no doubt that he will give us updates when he feels ready to.
