Even though they are 100 miles apart, you could try to make both land class modded areas as one single SB file (same project) and then it should output them correctly.

Is it possible to combine separate SB project files? Alternatively, maybe I could take the two SB output bgl files, and feed them into "BGL2XML", then cut and paste, then recompile using BGLCOMP?

Maybe I'll just try it out. But if you already know that won't work, please shout. No point me thrashing about making the same mistakes you've already made... :)
