Thankfully I already backup to my external once a month, so worst case scenario would have been... very extremely annoying... but not disastrous.

The updated versions of Ie Shima and Nagoya Komaki have gone to the Download Hangar upload queue. Nagoya Komaki has gained several buildings that were added for the MRJ project and the city of Komaki now makes an appearance in FS9. Ie Shima has had the simulated LHD activated in preparation for Johns V-22s.
As John mentioned in his thread, there is an all new version of MCAS Futenma in the works to go with his package:
I am also creating several locations around Okinawa that will be AI helicopter capable such as this look at the Silver Flag training facility on the north side of Kadena:

Very nice. I'm working my way around the world adding mil traffic and these will be most useful.

Out of curiosity, how is the development for RJOI coming along? I'm looking forward to flying in and out of my home base. The screenshots look great!

Nice. Did you see the recent RJCC AFD released on Avsim/Flightsim? Author said he combined RJCC and RJCJ. I use this author and R. Smith AFDs for my non-MAIW civie AFDs in FSX. Accurate AFDs using stock objects.

Two problems with it:
1) Does not have the HAS complex
2) It's for you FSX heathens
No seriously, it's a very good non-military AFD for people not interested in the military side & no wanting to spend money on a payware scenery.
Of course, I prefer the one that Tony and I made

A matching pair are going up in the download hangar:
These are for the KRAI/WSAI F-15J and F-15DJ models and can work as direct drop in replacements for paints I made for the 201st TFS that came with my the Chitose release

That anti-glare paint makes the Eagle look different. Had to look at the "claw" for a sec to figure that out, would look good in a knife edge pass.

Another special going up to the Hangar, this time the brand new 60th Anniversary bird for 3rd squadron at Misawa. 43-8524 just had her first flying display wearing these colors over the weekend:

The season of specials continues with these two U-125As at Komatsu:
Before I upload these, I am considering re-doing the entire U-125A fleet. Jason King did an excellent job of covering them in 2010, but alas he is not active in the community anymore to keep it updated.

What F-35s suddenly burst out in spots?
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Is it a disease?

Highly contagious monochrome polka dots. I hear that at least four aircraft are infected and will be quarantined somewhere in Arizona for safety.
