Really? I thought that mipmaps actually help.
Anyway you can always take of the mipmaps by using DXTbmp.

they help but kill fps when you have a super buisy airport with tons going on if its tiny and not many flights it helps

Re: Mipmaps, it really depend on your system. IIRC if you have highend (it might be the other way around, ie. if you have a lowend) graphics card, you gain a performance increase if your AI aircraft have mipped textures. The kicker is that they ALL have to be mipped, as otherwise it'll mess up and you get blurries and/or fps loss.

As for removing mipmaps, if the repaint has been saved as DXT3 (ie. 1 mb filesize that doesn't open with MSPaint) you should always use imagetool (it's in one of the FS9 SDK's), the reason being that unlike imagetool, DXTbmp will re-compress the DXT3 file, leading to a loss in quality. If the repaint is 32bit (ie. 4 mb filesize and you can open it with MSPaint), you can use DXTbmp just fine.

I agree, did you guys get everything done for the little FAC package? Just wanted to make sure I was not missing FP's for the 727 and C235's?

Something I have just discovered is that the same squadron that operates the SF340s also operates the DHC-6s.
There is an opportunity here to do the entire base by creating paints for the HTAI model. I believe that there are 8 DHC-6s

Just a thought.

LAME operate the sf340's on behalf of the air force along with the fokkers in the air force scheme

I won't argue that LADE operates the majority of transport fleet there but the SF340 airframes are assigned to IX Brigade at Comodoro Rivadavia Military Air Base along with the DHC-6s. I just thought that it would be a nice extra.
