Most AFCAD's work fine in FSX or I can adjust the stock one myself in ADE.

Did you use ADE9X? If so, there might be some problem with the exclusion rectangles. Remove all the rectangles you added - even the smallest ones - then add some new ones and try to recompile.

That looks like a FSX ADE project not sure you can compile it to FS9. Do you see the air bridges, that a FSX only function.

Also the link to the Casa 235 has textures that appear to be for "Asian Spirit", but the thumbs are Columbia Air force
Opened in DTXbmp they are fine
