I'm having a problem opening the MHTML Readme files in IE9 in Win7. This applies to all the package Readmes.
Has anybody else come across this?
And does anyone know a way to open this file in FF?

Sort of solved!
I discovered a FF extension which allows the opening of mht files. Bonus! No need to IE

Peter,
It's an add-on called UnMHT.

Working fine here on IE9 and Win7 64bit with no issues . Did you check how you're handling ActiveX etc ?

Didn't give me the chance to find out, came up with repeated errors and refused to load the content.
Fear not, I've managed to stay away from M$ and sorted it in FF.
Happy days

I have now loaded UnMht on all my PC's and I can finally consign
Microsteal Exploder to the where it belongs (Recycle Bin).

I have a problem with two packages:
MAIW West Coast C17s : MAIW_AF2_KSUU_DEFAULT.bgl, MAIW_KSUU_exclude. BGL,
maiw_amc_west_C5s : MAIW_AF2_KSUU_DEFAULT.bgl, MAIW_KSUU_exclude. BGL, MAIW_KSUU_exclude2. BGL,
MAIW_KSUU_exclude3. BGL, MAIW_KSUU_exclude4. BGL
1. what is to install?
2. why do I get in both ways a power line across the airbase?

Hmmm.
On the afcads and excludes issue the golden rule is to use the latest one, so in this case whichever came out last use that scenery.
On the pylons, they look specifically placed so it might be some other third party scenery that adds them. The reason I think this is because of the amount of time that these packages have been out and nobody else has reported the issue.
Try removing the scenery and see if they are still there or not.

it is no addon scenery,
it is UT915180.bgl (default), but why is it visible here?

I had a similar problem when creating KDLH AFD for my 148th FW package, during testing Greg had Pylons across the airfield, but I did not. What I did was make the original exclude rectangle larger covering more of the surrounding area this cured Gregs problem with the pylons at KDLH.
It was strange that our default FS9 were affected differently.

thanks Mark,
this is a very good hint and I will work in this direction.
(find out the size of the exclude and try a larger one ..)
