Military AI Works

Is the Cloud9 F-4 Phantom freeware now? I know in the readme is mentioned something about a trial period for the payware version, but I think those instructions are a couple of years old. I recently downloaded it the other night and installed it, but to my dismay it gave the "Your computer has run out of free space...." when I fired up FS2004. Uninstalled and FS2004 loaded fine.
