Persons name under the canopy

I have seen this on aircraft before LT xyz zyz then underneath xvx is it full name on top and nickname below like LT daniel roberts then underneath Viper and is it always like this "Viper" or without

Generally in the US, USAF will only have the name, while most USN rails will contain both name and callsign.

so is it for USAF just CPT Andy Williams and navy is CPT Andy "Callsign" Williams

As far as I know, there is no standard. I've seen ships set up either as:

Lt. Bob "Viper" Coolpilot

Then again, it seems to be AF birds in line and Navy birds two lines...

Exactly, and I have seen a mixture of both for USMC, all of this is unit dependent. In the Army, we hardly ever do names at all.
