Does anyone know of any flightplans/repaints for these?

If you are talking about for true AI then there are none as there aren't even any King Air 350s for AI, let alone lumpy 350s. It's the one area that surely would have been covered by HT if he had remained in the modelling game.
In fairness there is a flyable Shadow produced by UKMIL. This is a one LOD 22k+ poly model. I feel sure that you could probably convert it to AI quite easily.

Yeah, thats the model I've got. It might not be great for AI but at least there wouldn't be that many of them in one place.
I suppose if there aren't any flightplans I'll make some basic ones for myself (of course I'd be quite happy to share them). Does anyone know where the shadows are deployed and how many?

I'd been interested in just having the HTAI B200 painted up. For the US at least, we have many B300/350/350ER's keeping their civilian paint schemes, of course hard to hide all the extra antennas/pods and FLIR.

I use the UKMil one for both, ok as AI and great to fly too. UKMil have done a lot of great stuff over the years.

Do you know where they are currently flying?
I've not been able to find much in the way of info.

Hard to find out where they are located, but I'm sure we can presume they have been to...
Afghanistan and Akrotiri (Libya Stuff)

Yeah, I presume they would be based at kandahar in Afghanistan, or would it be somewhere else? I've got 2 based at Waddo so far, and I've got one in the Med-I'm just putting waypoints together for it. The other 2 are probably going to be put in Afghanistan.

Yep I think that's about right, there was an article in RAF yearbook last year about them, and some were being used at OAKN.
