T-38 Talons Columbus

I just uploaded my T-38 repaints for Columbus AFB to AVSIM. All goes well they should be available in a couple of days.

I made a slight mistake in the fltsim in the zip file. I have CB_70-1952 listed as CB_70-1592 in the section that goes in the aircraft.cfg. It should be CB_70-1952, same as the texture.
