Found this little adversary and training setup based at RAF Scampton, with a very interesting little fleet of fast jets.......which includes 1 Buccaneer......

Looks like the UK version of our ATAC or Canadian "Top Aces".

Isn't there a company in the US that flies Hunters for the same purpose?......I'm sure I saw them in the photography section and in a very nice, albeit non-uk colour scheme

I only live about 20 miles away and have never seen any of these flying
The su22 has never flown after being delivered, the Bucc is in the same situation as the Vulcan with the CAA and they have said its not worth going through all the red tape unless there is a contract that is worth it

The Hunters do fly though-I've seen pictures of them at various airshows.

Not the ones at Scampton I belive, the flying ones are based elsewhere

True, Bournemouth maybe? I saw a couple down there once, could easily have been based somewhere else though.

Aren't they based at Kemble?

I think Delta Jets (another hunter operator) are based there, but HHA might be as well.
