Restored IMAM Ro.37

A restored IMAM Ro.37, a biplane made in Italy during the 30s, has been finally presented at the Volandia Museum, close to Malpensa Airport in Milan.
The wreck of the aircraft was found with several others in Afghanistan few years ago, and it has been exposed at the Italian AF Musem at Vigna di Valle, close to Rome.

From the Aeronautica Millitare site:
The model on display has the insignia of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. After the war, the passage to the Order of Malta made possible to save from destruction a few models of S.82, circumventing the strict terms of the armistice treaty.
