Did look as though he was coming in a little higher and a little faster than he should have been, but then again we don't know what the prevailing weather was doing - at least it came to a stop and juding by the lack of screams it could be judged "a successful landing"
BTW did you see one of the other videos on there, of the crane and Skyhawk.....ouch

I just about cried on that!! I was trying to figure out where that A-4 was being putting on display. VA-113 was a NAS Lemoore squadron so maybe it was there.

That's the one i meant, they must've added another video in when i posted the link.

I'm more than sure that any pilot would have preferred to go-around and do another attempt.
Luckily nobody got hurt, nice to hear the passengers laughing though!

I always thought of it as a controlled crash!
