...a new problem...

Hi all, after a ton of little problems during last weeks, due the reinstallation of FS9 ( one of my bad idea ever... 
) when I was satisfied, here comes up the last one.
From the startup screen of FS9 there are a lot of button that doesn't work.
I can choose Create a flight, but I can't change the aircraft or the Airport, choose setup, but I can't change scenery library and so on.
Any suggestion?
