Werid Framerate Issues

Recently I have been experiencing some problems maintaining decent frame rates. Today I attempted to fly in to KMTC, an airport I have flown in to a dozen time before, when all of a sudden my frame rates dropped to 5 FPM or less. I have not added any scenery or AI packages (I have GLANG installed) and before today, I have had no problems. I am also having this issue in the south of Germany, the UK and in the Seattle area. Any ideas?

I am running windows XP, service pack 3. I have been flying FS9 on this machine for 6 years with no issue.

Cheers

This has come up on here before. The best I can suggest is to search for topics related to this. You might run across one of the threads where someone else has had this issue.

I'm rattling my brain right now but nothing is coming out (normal for me) on this subject but I know this isn't the first time this has happened to someone.

I know it is here somewhere, I'll keep digging. I did do a little trouble shooting today and found that the problem only happens during the daytime hours. I flew at night, dawn and dusk with no problems.

If it is scenery related it might be helpful if you are able to narrow where in the UK and Germany that the issue happens. The problem could be a common library in this case.

I had a weird thing where this massive wall appeared across KSEA, 90 degs to the main runway. When I say massive, I mean around 200' tall and 3 miles long. I eventually tracked it down to a third party Indian civil airport addon. Weird stuff happens sometimes that you wouldn't think about.

I would suggest trying to narrow down whether it is a scenery issue by removing all AI traffic and seeing the outcome in the troublesome places.
