Is this original paintkit or you made it from scratch?

I actually used the PC9 grey scheme from the William town package because they were a plain grey so made it easier to paint onto. I didn't know that there was a paint kit

I'm going to look into fixing the glass for FSX users.

Dale just checking but can you confirm you have permission from the original painters (Andrew Hall and Mark Griggs if I remember well) to modify their work and upload it to flightsim.com?

Its not there repaint though, I just used it to start with because it was basically blank

Still, you took their repaint, which is their property as per the MAIW readme, modified it and uploaded it as your own. Things like panel lines, the cockpit and the pilots' clothes, which you left untouched, are still the work of the original painter.

It's the same as taking a MAIW AFCAD, deleting some taxiways, adding a few of your own and saying it's your AFCAD. It is not.

Now because I don't think Drew and Mark will make a fuss about this, I will not have the file taken down immediately but urge you to settle this with them as a symbol of courtesy. Be aware however that many other groups and individual authors will take a much more aggressive stance towards such behaviour.

This is not a personal attack on you because we know you mean well and you're a valued long-term member of our community, but I hope you have a better understanding of the problem now. :smt001
