FS9 won't go to the main menu

Hi guys! I need some help.
Recently, I've got a new rig and installed FS9, at first run, it was normal, but when I tried launch FS9 for the second time, it was stuck at Splash Screen, when I checked task manager, it said that FS9 is not responding. I tried uninstall and reinstall but the problem still there. I used Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
