ADE file for this airport to compliment the SBAI MI-8 Bosnian repaints and flightplans which are available at Avsim.

Also contains VCPmod for Bosnian Air Force callsign.

Read me included for extra downloads needed.

This is still a bit of a WIP so I'm looking for feedback and/or suggestions for changes etc.
