May be unrelated, but I've found issues with 1GEL and LGEL overlapping, thus causing 1GEL to appear -XX feet or so AGL. (or is it BGL?)

I've searched for duplicate AFCADs but found none for either airport. One's a grass strip with its own ICAO within the boundary of the larger neighbor, and is certainly easier to land in than it is to depart from.

I'll have a look for you, but i'm a tad busy at the moment so I don't know when that'll be
