Thank you for the FSDS video tutorials

I'd like to say a big 'Thank You' for the FSDS video tutorials. I used FSDS some years back but gave up as I found it too confusing for a beginner. I found a link to the tutorials from FSDeveloper.com and am now half way through the texturing videos and it's all making sense to me now.
I know these tuts have been around for a while but I wonder if you might consider making some new ones, perhaps on basic animation.
Maybe most folk have moved on to Gmax /3DSMax etc ( far too complex for me!)so FSDS may be out of favour just now.
Anyway, as I said, a very big thank you to all involved for renewing my interest in model making.
Regards
Symon Long

Welcome to our forums Symon. You are very welcome for the tutorials and I'm glad that they have been a help to you. I've been meaning to make some more but just haven't gotten around to it as they take quite a bit of time to put together.

Is there a specific animation topic or technique that you would like to see??

Thanks Mike,
As for animation, nothing specific. I did DL the wind turbine from fsplaza but that doesn't seem to work in FSX/win7 or whatever. Perhaps just something showing how to get a simple animation going. Thank you.

Are you designing specifically for FS9 or FSX or both??

I ask because the animations are a bit different in FSDS for the two versions.

FSX only.
