New freeware paint program

Anyone tried this yet? Easier than PSP or Gimp? I've got several paints I would like to get done without bothering the pros.

Paint.Net has been around for a while, its a good programme I use it sometimes, its much like PSP but simplified. If you wanted to paint but didn't want to but PSP then I would suggest this for sure

I have been using it for all of my repaints.
There are some plugins available through the forum in case you need additional features.
