Military AI Works

I downloaded the Vermont ANG package, and the runways/taxiways do not show. I checked the airfield altitude and it was off by 1 foot, so I adjusted it. Still no show. I tried to convert with fs92fsx, and it woudn't convert. I opened the original afcad with ADE9,so that it would be converted to FSX and still no show. The reason I am doing so is so I can use John Young's EB-57's (FSX) painted for the 134th DSES. Any ideas?
