..insurance companies are now insisting that folks have video cameras fitted to their cars, to help sort out "who's a fault"

It appears from the video, (1hr30 is a bit long but you just can't stop watching :) ) that Russian drivers are not yet aware of the purpose of brakes, turn signals or traffic lights

The good thing is that when you've finished there are loads of similar clips on Youtube.

When you watch some of them, you can't help feeling that vodka played a part.

( btw - you'll regularly hear the word bliatch - it means many things - most of them four lettered things :smt005 )
