Military AI Works

Checking through some AI packages for Algeria I noticed that some of the airfields used are not available on-line so I thought I'd have a go at making my own.

I'm having a go at Ouargla -DAUU which is home to some Mig-29s according to Scramble.

The flightplans also have some SU-30s and SU-24s along with some AT.

The problem I have is that nothing wants to use the HAS farm to the North Eastern part of the airfield.

Could someone with some knowledge and time have a look and see where I'm going wrong, any other tips would be gratefully appreciated.

Is it just the SU30's not parking there? Where are they parking at the moment?

No, nothing parks there at all.

The SU-30s park on the main pan.


Tried taking away the parking codes and still no joy.

try making the parking slots larger ?

Try to set the parking code to SU27 (as is in aircraft.cfg file of the Algerian SU-27) or in alternative change the parking code to SU30 in the aircraft.cfg. They must have yhe same. I think.

I deleted all the other parking spaces and the problem parking slots now get used.

I can't work out why they don't get used with the others there, but at least I now know the afcad side is OK.

I have changed the parking code in aircraft.cfg file of Algerian's SU-27 from M000,SU27 to SU30 and your AFCAD works perfectly without any other change.

Edit: sorry. I meant AI_Su-30MKAv2_SBAI_Algeria not Su-27

Installed these files this morning and I got the parking spots and basic layout but no
buildings or hangers. copied the files into ADE and it shows nothing there ??

It was just a basic AFCAD until I sorted out what was happening with the parking.

I'll be adding on to it soon, along with an Ain Beida (DAEO) airfield.
