Fuel Parking spots?

So I'm having a look around FSX at present and I understand the vehicle parking spots for the airport service trucks, but I'm not sure what the fuel parking spots actually do in game? The answers probably in the question but I'm not sure. :D

Mark,

at those spots the fuel trucks are parked that you can request with Shift-F (if memory serves right) with UI aircraft and which automatically come to AI aircraft. If you work with ADE you will see that there are vehicle links to generate a separate vehicle network.

Okay I won't be needing those then.

Thanks Martin :D

Not so sure about that, Martin.

As far as I know, fuel trucks only park at "vehicle" spots. The "fuel" spots are where you park your UI aircraft to simulate being fueled like at a pump.

You might be right here, Greg

There is one parking spot type where you can add a fuel trigger in order to allow refueling for UI aircraft. Re-reading Marks post it sounds like he was talking about that.
