Right you are Mike.I am less than a mile from the runway.The thing is the old MH-53's were loud but these babys take it to a whole new level.The large rotas are like a C-47 they thud against the air and the result is much louder .

Somebody spotted a V-22 over Naples yesterday. No info about the livery but might it be the Mildenhall aircraft?

That was coming from Sigonella NAS! Some USMC V22s are deployed there!!

Managed to get onto the Iwo Jima when she came into Rota. May last year. The Ospreys were flying around and yes quite impressive but noisy birds.
