First Canadian CH-147F Chinook Delivered

The RCAF accepted the first of 15 CH-147F Chinooks at a ceremony in Ottawa on Friday. All 15 aircraft will be based at 450 Sqn in Petawawa.

Nice livery.
Now the Dutch Air Force also have the CH-47F, maybe someone can paint them. Would be nice.

Right across the runway from my hangar here at KGRK. Look really nice in the gray paint, kinda of what the USAF CSAR-X might have looked like.

+1 on the repaints for "F" models, the USA ones are what I call a puke green/tan vice the standard OD green. External differences are hardly noticable for most between the "D" and "F".
