NEED Some Help with Stinstrom's Oceana and El Centro in FSX

Hey guys, check this out. I know Chris had said VTPP files may cause the brown/black borders around some of the airfields in FSX. Do any of you guys experience this and know of a fix? It just looks awkward. like a brownish black stripe in certain areas of the airfield. The rest of it looks great. I think its because John used photoscenery and it somehow does not compute in FSX. As a matter of fact on my system I am pretty sure all of the afcads I have from him look like this, I think its the VTPP files or something I remember reading in another post, something to do with the photoscenery maybe? Also, I have the elevation problem real bad at Palmdale AF Plant 42, its like 200 ft higher than the city. Is there a fix for that? If someone can help me with that I would appreciate it. This is what they look like. Thanks!
