No problems here, but I am curious. Why wasn't the KRAI F-15E used in this package?

When I painted them had not yet been released. Also I don't have the KRAI model paintkit and the texture map is completely different. Maurizio

Kev has plans for doing various versions of the F-15. They are beautiful models but Kev is only able to dedicate so much time to FS. He has plans for Israeli specific versions but he has not completed these yet.
Rather than put pressure on him and rather than hold up Giorgio's flow with his projects it went forward with Nick's F-15E model. However, this should not be seen as a slight against Kevin or his models rather we were just being pragmatic.
As you have seen before once newer models have been available we do make updates available, an example of this was when the excellent T-6 was available from Kevin and Mark.

I seem to have a small problem with LL0D terrain
Have checked the files and all are present in the correct places ??

Please confirm that you are using FS9 and have no third party terrain installed, Pete.

Peter are you sure you have activated the scenery as I don't see any buildings in your pictures. Also make sure your at LLzeroD. I only ask as it looks fine on my default FS9 set up, but I did make the LLoD instead of LLzeroD mistake, during testing. The other thing that looks wrong in your pictures is the grass, the airbase is in the desert.

Pretty sure I'm at LL(ZERO)D and the scenery is activated. Will have another check though
when I get home. Will also load the scenery into a Virgin setup to check in case I have some
left-over files from another scenery.

Yeah I can only go on what I see and my FS9 test set up is okay. Forget about my building comment there are none in view from there.

There is certainly a difference in the scenery base layer. will have to look at all my
middle-east scenery's and what is interfering or been left behind.

Hi Guys
Found the culprit.
It was a mesh file for Egypt "eg_nnel9.zip" that was causing the problem. Obviously the Egyptians
are still trying to claim some Israeli land. The ground textures still look very different to those in the
screenie by Mark. Does anybody know what I need to look for for that ??

Some users highlighted to the painter of the F-16 that a wrong night texture has been used: f16c_l.bmp
The right texture f16d_l.bmp, can be found in one of the other IAF packages Part 3; 4; 5; 7
It is not an error from Maurizio Coren (aka Maverick69), but just mine mistake when assembling the package.
