Early morning training flight from NAS Atsugi to the USS Enterprise 349 miles off the coast of Japan over the Pacific Ocean. Winds were ridiculously high this morning, in some places as high as 57 knots, but it was a great 2 ship formation flight carrier training exercise with the Diamondbacks on Sunday, August 11, 2013.

Thanks, the wind was terrible this morning! Over 50kts once I got off the coast. I love flying from Atsugi though, its beautiful.
